How much capital can I get?
₦500K to ₦5M, based on your business stage and capital needs. The investment is tailored to what will actually unlock growth without over-leveraging your business.
What does co-ownership mean?
We invest capital and become co-owner during the 3-year partnership term. Ownership % reflects our capital, your equity stake, and the operational value we bring. You maintain day-to-day control.
How does profit sharing work?
Simple: 50/50 split on net profits after operational expenses. Paid monthly. Transparent dashboards show exactly what's earned and how it's distributed. No hidden fees or surprise deductions.
What if the business isn't profitable?
We share that risk. If profit targets aren't met, we adjust the plan, not the terms. We're motivated to help you succeed because our returns depend on your business performing well.
What happens after 3 years?
You decide: (1) Buy us out at an agreed valuation and own 100%, (2) Renew the partnership for another term, or (3) Keep our equity stake but shift to hands-off partnership. Full flexibility.
